Holidays
Group Holidays

We are well known for our club and group holidays. Sometimes taking away over 200 people, club members and their guests. Maldives, Grenada, Sharm and the Red Sea. Take a look at what's in the pipeline.

Easter 2007

Easter 2007: Porthkerris

One of the hottest Easters for a long time took us to the beautiful Cornish coastline at Porthkerris. Beach BBQ and underwater Easter egg hunt were just a couple of events on offer.

SETT Tank 2005

30 metres of 30 degree centigrade clear water. The Submarine Escape Training Tank is a great day out for that something different.
Take a look at what's happening throughout the year.

Anglesey - Easter 2005

Orkneys July 2004 - Scapa Flow

Sensational diving, one of the "must do" dive sites of the world.

St Marys
Whitley Bay June 2004 - St Mary's Island

A mixture of new and experienced divers (26 of us) took to the North East on a day out to this interesting and beautiful island.

Cruising 2004 - River Trent

Messing about with boats on the river. A great way to relax after all the hard work at the Adventure Centre.

Anglesey July 2003
Anglesey July 2003 - Trearddur Bay

On one of the hottest day of the year we took off to the west coast of Wales. The weather was simply fantastic. The visibility was superb and we managed 12 divers for the day.

Seal at the Farnes
The Northumberland Coast - Farne Islands

The Farnes are a popular destination for most UK divers. Generally good visibility, a variety of marine life and interesting wrecks are all possible.

Cornwall
South West - Cornwall

Well this was an interesting exercise in what happens when we let a group of club members organise themselves.

Hodge Close
Lake District - Hodge Close

Interesting inland site with clear water caves. Difficult entrance, but worth the struggle. This makes for an ideal site with no need to enter the underwater cave system unless suitably qualified.

St Abbs
Scottish Coast - St Abbs

As one of the most popular dive sites on this part of the coast, St Abbs can get very busy. We usually have to book accommodation many months in advance. Shore and boat diving are both easily available, although tides and currents can be interesting.

Hard Hat
Old fashioned Diving

At least once a year we book the Diver Training Centre in York and have a go at old fashioned diving. You also get to feel what it is like to be at 50 metres inn a recompression chamber. This is simply a great day out. Placed are limited so book very early.

Shark Tank
Shark Tank Dive Trips

We have been organising shark tank diving trips for many years. We started at the Deep Sea World, tried the Blue Planet Aquarium and are always looking for other opportunities.

Toby's Stag Day

Well, it had to be done...

Matlock Raft Race

Every year a number of club members get together and enter rafts for the race. All proceeds are in aid of the Lifeboats. Arrangements are made through the Buddy Board.

Things
Things don't always work out

On one of the foulest weekends of the year we booked a trip at Weymouth. The Dive Charter boat called off the diving. The south coast was washed out with gales so we thought we would go north and west... ended up on Morecombe Bay and Capenwray. Names have been changed to protect the innocent.
