IANTD courses have the philosophy Training is purchased, certification is earned. This means that course duration is based on the normal number of dives required. Divers with exceptional experience and skill may be able to complete the course sooner, those who do not meet the standard during the normal course duration may require additional dives (extra charges are payable.)

Equipment Lists are intended as a guideline, just because there is no mention of masks doesn’t mean you won’t need one! Please contact us before you purchase extra equipment so that we can ensure it is suitable. Requirements will vary slightly depending on where you do your course. e.g. weights are provided on trips abroad.

IANTD Basic Nitrox
2 days. 1 day theory, 2 dives. Use of up to 40% Nitrox.

6 days. Inspiration, Evolution or KISS. 1 day theory 5 days diving. Pre-requisite Advanced Nitrox (can be taken in conjunction with this course)

IANTD Overhead Environment Diver Training
All OHE training incorporates line laying, dive technique and emergency skills development commensurate with the course level.

3 days. Integrated theory, confined water & four dives (3 in the OHE) to learn safe cavern or wreck penetration diving within the light zone.
Pre-requisite AOW, 50 dives.
